Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the games, mobile applications, websites, and related services provided by CraDiff Studio (“CraDiff”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collectively referred to as the “Services”.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Services and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By installing, accessing, or using any CraDiff Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Services

You may use the Services only where permitted by applicable law and subject to any age requirements, parental consent requirements, app store rules, or other legal requirements that apply in your country or region.

If you are not legally permitted to agree to these Terms on your own, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf before you use the Services.

CraDiff grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Accounts

Some CraDiff Services may allow or require you to create an account. Account availability and functionality may vary between games.

Where account registration is optional, users may continue using features that do not require an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

You must not sell, transfer, rent, share, or otherwise provide access to your account to another person in a manner that violates these Terms or compromises account security.

You must notify CraDiff if you reasonably believe that your account has been accessed or compromised without authorization.

CraDiff may remove or change usernames that violate these Terms, infringe third-party rights, impersonate another person, or otherwise create security or operational concerns.

2.1. Account Suspension and Termination

CraDiff may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account or access to some or all of the Services where we reasonably believe that:

• you have materially violated these Terms;
• you have used the Services unlawfully or fraudulently;
• you have attempted to interfere with or compromise the Services;
• your use creates a security, legal, or operational risk; or
• suspension or termination is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect CraDiff, other users, or the Services.

Where reasonably practicable and required by applicable law, we may provide notice before or after taking such action.

You may request termination or deletion of an account using the account deletion functionality provided within the applicable game or by contacting us through:

Account deletion and associated personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• cheat, exploit, automate, hack, modify, or interfere with game mechanics through unauthorized software, bots, scripts, modified clients, or similar tools;
• gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, systems, networks, or data;
• disrupt, overload, attack, damage, or interfere with the normal operation of the Services;
• manipulate rankings, scores, Battle results, rewards, progression, purchases, or other game systems;
• exploit bugs or technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain source code except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights belonging to CraDiff or another person;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with another person or organization;
• submit malicious code, viruses, spam, fraudulent content, or unlawful material;
• harass, threaten, abuse, or intentionally harm other users or CraDiff personnel; or
• use the Services for unlawful commercial solicitation, fraud, or other unauthorized commercial activity.

CraDiff may take reasonable technical or account-related action where necessary to investigate or address violations of this section.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Services and all related content owned or licensed by CraDiff, including games, software, source code, game mechanics, graphics, artwork, characters, designs, sounds, music, text, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, server software, and other materials, are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

Except for the limited license granted under these Terms, no rights in the Services are transferred to you.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, publicly display, commercially exploit, modify, or create derivative works from CraDiff content except where expressly authorized by CraDiff or permitted by applicable law.

5. Virtual Items and Game Currency

Some Services may contain virtual currencies, virtual goods, boosters, coins, gems, rewards, lives, or other digital game items (“Virtual Items”).

Virtual Items are licensed to you for use within the applicable Service and do not represent real-world money, stored monetary value, or ownership of property unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Virtual Items may not be sold, exchanged, transferred, redeemed for cash, or used outside the applicable game unless CraDiff expressly provides such functionality.

CraDiff may reasonably modify, rebalance, replace, limit, or discontinue Virtual Items or game systems as part of updates to the Services, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.

6. User Content and Feedback

“User Content” means content that you voluntarily submit through the Services, including feedback messages, support requests, usernames, text, images, or other information where such features are available.

You remain responsible for User Content that you submit and must ensure that you have the right to submit it.

You must not submit User Content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, or that improperly contains another person’s private or sensitive information.

By submitting User Content, you grant CraDiff a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, process, and use that User Content only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, support, secure, improve, and develop the Services.

For example, feedback submitted through an in-game feedback feature may be reviewed and used to investigate bugs, understand user concerns, evaluate game features, and improve the Services.

Personal information contained in User Content will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Battle and Gameplay Data

Some CraDiff games may provide Battle, competitive, challenge, or similar gameplay modes.

Certain Battle modes may operate asynchronously. This means that a player may compete against a previously recorded gameplay result or historical gameplay data associated with another player instead of playing against another player in real time.

For example, gameplay information such as completion time, score, progression, or other game results may be stored and later used to provide an opponent record for another Battle session.

The specific Battle mechanics, rewards, progression systems, eligibility requirements, and availability may vary between games and may be changed as part of game balancing or Service updates.

Information used for Battle functionality is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some Services may offer optional purchases, including Virtual Items, premium features, subscriptions, removal of advertising, or other digital content.

Purchases made through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another authorized platform are processed through the applicable platform’s payment system and are also subject to that platform’s terms, billing rules, and refund policies.

You are responsible for reviewing the price, product description, subscription period, renewal information, and other purchase terms displayed by the applicable platform before completing a purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, Virtual Items and digital content purchased for one CraDiff game are intended only for use within that game and are not transferable between different games or accounts.

8.1. Subscriptions

Where a Service offers an automatically renewing subscription, the subscription may continue and the applicable platform may charge the selected payment method at each renewal period until the subscription is cancelled.

Subscription management and cancellation are generally handled through the account settings of the platform through which the subscription was purchased.

8.2. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable app store or payment platform rules, the circumstances of the purchase, your location, and applicable consumer protection law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Some CraDiff Services may display advertisements or integrate third-party services such as advertising networks, mediation platforms, analytics services, crash reporting services, app stores, payment services, and technical infrastructure providers.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. CraDiff is not responsible for third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

10. Updates and Changes to the Services

CraDiff’s games and Services evolve over time. We may add, remove, modify, rebalance, improve, replace, or discontinue features, game modes, rewards, content, technical systems, or other parts of the Services.

Some updates may be required in order to continue using a Service, particularly where an update is necessary for security, platform compatibility, legal compliance, server compatibility, or continued operation.

We do not guarantee that any specific feature, game mode, event, reward system, server function, or other aspect of a Service will remain available permanently.

11. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable or limited due to maintenance, updates, network conditions, third-party services, technical failures, security issues, platform changes, legal requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

CraDiff may discontinue a Service or part of a Service where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

CraDiff does not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free from defects.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CraDiff WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

This may include, where permitted by law, loss of data, loss of profits, interruption of service, or loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account.

Where CraDiff is legally liable and applicable law permits a contractual limitation of liability, CraDiff’s aggregate liability relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid directly for the applicable Service during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold CraDiff harmless from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising from your intentional or negligent violation of these Terms, unlawful use of the Services, or infringement of another person’s rights.

This obligation does not apply to the extent that the relevant claim or loss was caused by CraDiff’s own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of applicable obligations.

15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

If a dispute arises between you and CraDiff, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek an amicable resolution by emailing

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably may be submitted to a competent court in Vietnam, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction, consumer protection rights, or other rights available to you under applicable law in your country or region.

16. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with the CraDiff Privacy Policy:

The Privacy Policy describes categories of information that may be collected, purposes for processing, advertising and analytics services, gameplay and Battle information, feedback, account information, data retention, security, and your privacy choices and rights.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, platform requirements, or applicable laws.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice or request additional consent before material changes become effective.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary so that it is enforceable where possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. No Waiver

Failure by CraDiff to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

20. Assignment

CraDiff may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, as part of a reorganization, transfer of a Service, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without CraDiff’s prior written consent where such restriction is permitted by applicable law.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the CraDiff Privacy Policy, and any additional terms expressly presented for a particular Service constitute the agreement between you and CraDiff regarding your use of the Services and supersede prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.

22. Force Majeure

CraDiff will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions, network or infrastructure failures, major platform outages, labor disruptions, fire, flood, or other comparable events, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
